where we came from
As a family business we are immensely proud and passionate about what we do and what we have achieved along the way!
In 1982 our managing director Darryl Gartley – a plumber by trade – started the business, undertaking drainage default works for local councils, operating from a small premises in Manchester.
We were one of the first to offer an alternative solution to the traditional loss adjuster model, and continue to make huge improvements in the market, driving down costs and putting the customer at the heart of all we do.
