Septic Tank Installation, Replacement and Conversions
DASA provides septic tank installation alongside septic tank replacement and conversions for properties requiring a new or upgraded wastewater system.
Not every property is suitable for a septic tank. Before recommending an installation, our engineers assess the property and proposed system against factors including:
- Soil type and ground conditions
- Available space for a drainage field
- Access for installation and future maintenance
- Proposed discharge arrangements
- Expected wastewater volumes
- Current environmental requirements
For new builds and renovation projects, DASA can work with homeowners, architects and builders to plan the wastewater system from the outset. This includes assessing the available space, expected usage, drainage field requirements and future access for servicing.
Once the design has been agreed, installation work can include excavation, tank placement and connection to the property’s drainage system. The work is planned around the site to reduce disruption and support reliable long-term operation.
An existing septic tank may require replacement if it is structurally damaged, regularly failing or no longer meets current standards. Each installation or replacement project is planned around the property, system requirements and surrounding ground.
