Stockport, Greater Manchester — August 2026 — Drainage Advisory Services and Assistance Limited, known as DASA, has confirmed a recent change to its ownership structure, marking a new chapter for the specialist drainage, water and leak detection business. DASA now operates as part of Sigo Group.
DASA works with insurers, commercial clients and customers across a range of drainage, water and leak detection services, and has built a strong reputation for technical expertise, customer service and operational delivery.
Under its new structure, DASA continues to be led by its existing senior management team, with a clear focus on strengthening and growing the business. The business has already begun a round of significant investment in:
• IT systems and digital capability
• Fleet and specialist equipment
• Training and development for its people
• Customer service and operational processes
• New and enhanced service offerings
As part of this next stage of development, Paul Greenwood has joined DASA as a shareholder, Client Services Director and member of the leadership team, bringing extensive industry experience, technical expertise and commercial knowledge to the business.
DASA has also expanded its technology capability with the appointment of Nick Allan and Lewis Dunstan, who are working alongside Paul Jackson to support the development of DASA’s internal systems and future technology strategy.
Chris Edwards, Managing Director of DASA, said:

Investment in technology will be a key part of the next stage of DASA’s development, helping us create smarter, more efficient and customer focused solutions.”
DASA will continue to work closely with its customers, insurer clients, commercial partners and supply chain as it develops the business under its new ownership structure, with further updates on service developments to follow.
